My Sambuca by Lorenzo Inga
Sweet, anise-flavored liqueur, produced by the infusion of witch elder bush and licorice, sweetened with sugar and enhanced with a combination of herbs and spices.
Sambuca is a well known after-dinner Italian liqueur. It can be served neat, with water/ice or as a shot with 3 coffee beans. You can let the coffee beans soak up the liqueur for a boozy treat, or munch them between sips for a bitter palate refresher.
